This is an interview with my friend Grace Norman to get some real-life examples of what we talked about last time: Discipline.
Why does Grace have any authority on the matter? Because despite having a below-knee amputation at just days old, she not only has become an accomplished triathlete (something I can only dream of), but she also became the first female gold medalist for a triathlon in the 2016 Rio Paralympics.
Grace also happens to love Jesus, so while she balances training and normal things like babysitting my children and being a full-time nursing student at Cedarville University, she has gleaned a lot of knowledge and wisdom about the realm of discipline and how it relates to our relationship with God.
Grace’s Prosthetic company is Optimus Prosthetics.
Grace’s coaching group is Balanced Art Multisport.
